Date and place: Thursday, October 23, at 12:30 pm, ESSEC - campus La Défense (CNIT) - room 202 Abstract: Cyber risks are developing alongside digitalization and interconnectedness. The (re)insurance of these new risks is a growth opportunity for (re)insurers but several core challenges must be addressed: How to understand the dynamic of these risks? How to quantify and model cyber risks? How to assess the potential for large scale accumulations ? Which skills are necessary to underwrite them? These questions need to be addressed to develop a sustainable and profitable cyber (re)insurance market.
