Il/elle accompagnera et conseillera les chercheurs dans les différentes étapes de traitement. Activités : - Apporter un soutien et une expertise sur les techniques statistiques les plus utilisés dans le cadre des recherches sur la parole et le langage (tests paramétriques et non-paramétriques, modèle linéaire à effets mixtes, modèles bayésiens ...) - Organiser la chaîne de traitement des données, de la collecte à l'analyse statistique, en veillant à anticiper la structure et la quantité de données nécessaires dès la conception de l'étude - Concevoir et développer des scripts et des programmes informatiques spécifiques aux données traitées (Python, R, MATLAB, Java, ...) - Accompagner les membres du laboratoire dans l'utilisation des logiciels dédiés (R, Excel, Statistica, ...) - Apporter un soutien et un conseil aux utilisateurs pour mettre en oeuvre les méthodes et outils statistiques adaptés compte tenu de la problématique et des données à analyser - Rédiger des documentations pour les utilisateurs des chaînes de traitement et organiser des formations pour assurer un transfert de compétences - Participation à la valorisation scientifique des analyses statistiques (publications, présentations scientifiques) - Veille de la règlementation et des normes de protection des données statistiques et personnelles Compétences : Connaissances - Connaissance approfondie des techniques statistiques et informatiques de collecte et de traitement de données - Connaissance de la règlementation et des normes en matière de protection des données statistiques - Notions en Sciences du langage appréciées - Langue anglaise : B1 à B2 (cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues) Savoir-faire - Maîtrise des outils spécifiques à l'activité, en particulier Logiciel R et Rstudio et Matlab - Bonne maîtrise des langages de programmation Python, R, java, ... -Capacité à organiser son travail en fonction de la charge qui peut être variable Savoir-être - Qualités relationnelles et capacités à travailler en équipe - Intérêt et curiosité pour les expérimentations du LPL - Capacité d'adaptation Contexte : Le laboratoire Parole et Langage (CNRS et AMU) a pour objectif principal de mieux comprendre les processus en jeu dans la production, la perception, et la compréhension du langage. Ces recherches sont prioritairement menées dans un cadre expérimental combiné à des études quantitatives portant sur de vastes collectes de données de nature très variée. Le LPL s'est forgé une identité scientifique dont l'interdisciplinarité constitue un élément clé. Il rassemble des chercheur-e-s de différentes origines scientifiques (sciences du langage, psycholinguistique, neurosciences, didactique, santé, informatique, physique). Le laboratoire dispose d'une plateforme expérimentale (CEP, labellisée Plateforme Aix-Marseille) qui rassemble une large variété d'instruments (EEG, articulographe 5D, systèmes de suivi des mouvements oculaires, système EVA, chambre sourde avec systèmes d'enregistrement audio-visuel, etc.). 130 personnes (dont plus de 80 membres permanents) composent cette unité. Le personnel d'appui à la recherche est composé de 15 personnes dont 9 sont directement impliqués dans l'accompagnement scientifique et technique des projets de recherche (5 IR, 2 AI et 2 T). La personne recrutée sera sous la responsabilité de l'IR responsable du pôle « Science des Données » qui comporte deux autres IR. Elle pourra en outre disposer d'un jour de télétravail à compter du 6ème mois sur le poste. Ce pôle propose un soutien méthodologique et technique aux chercheurs dans le cadre de leurs projets. Il s'agit d'identifier, d'adapter et de mettre en oeuvre les méthodes les plus pertinentes permettant de faire le lien entre les questions du chercheur et ses données. Le pôle fournit conseils et expertises dans plusieurs spécialités des Science des Données, notamment dans les domaines de l'intelligence artificielle et de l'apprentissage automatique, de la modélisation mathématique, de l'analyse statistique, de l'analyse des signaux neurophysiologiques et de l'analyse du signal de parole.
